A real night, from a real installation
Sensor H detected movement first.
You learn from every incursion: the first of the night, the ones overnight, and the final one. August 30, 2026 at a monitored installation: five incursions, 110 detections — starting at Sensor H at 12:12 a.m., ending at Sensor C at 6:46 a.m. The first and last moves tell you where the sensors go next.
Recorded at a monitored installation, shown as its owner sees it. Sensor positions are the actual floorplan; times are the recorded detection times.
- 01 / Find Each night’s first and last moves show where more data is needed. Sensors go to those spots until the hole is isolated.
- 02 / Seal The inspection starts where the activity starts — and ends at the entry point.
- 03 / Prove Keep recording. Quiet nights at sensors that used to fire are the receipt.
From a RodentRadar investigation
“We would not have fixed the problem without RodentRadar. We were focused on areas down low — the detectors led us to the real source, an opening on the roof where the air conditioning duct wasn’t well sealed. In an old building like this, there’s just too many areas to look. It took time, but by relocating the sensors, we tracked down the problem.”
When it is worth using
Use it when the problem keeps returning.
- 01You still hear, see, or find signs after pest service.
- 02A daytime inspection cannot explain what happens at night.
- 03You want to compare activity before and after the work.
Two ways in
Your home — or your client’s account.
Homeowners run one 30-day diagnostic and it’s done. Pest companies send one traveling kit to the account that’s in trouble, then move it to the next one.
Either path starts with telling us about the property.
Sending the form does not place an order.
What it costs
$195, plus a deposit you get back.
$295 at checkout: $195 for the 30-day diagnostic plus a $100 refundable deposit. Return the kit by day 30 and the deposit comes back. Keep it, and the deposit becomes ownership — with your first year of monitoring included. Work in pest control? Partner terms are on the pest professionals page.

- What does RodentRadar actually record?
- Each sensor records when it detects motion at its labeled position. It does not take a photo or identify what caused the movement.
- Does the first detection show the entry point?
- Not by itself. The replay shows where activity starts; the inspection finds the hole. When the trail doesn’t make sense, you move the sensors and let the next nights point higher, lower, or somewhere nobody was looking.
- How do I know the problem is actually fixed?
- Keep recording after the seal. Sensors that fired every night, recording nothing for weeks — that’s the record you want, and no invoice can show it. The replay won’t say why a pattern changed, but nothing moving is nothing moving.
