1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or using RodentRadar products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our products or services.

RodentRadar is operated by Marshall Technologies, located in Buffalo, NY.

2. Products and Services

RodentRadar provides wireless motion sensor hardware and cloud-based monitoring services for detecting rodent activity. Our service includes:

• RodentRadar base station and wireless sensors (hardware)
• Web-based dashboard for viewing activity data and playback
• Cloud storage of motion event data
• Phone and email support

3. Subscription and Billing

The RodentRadar Kit includes equipment and 3 months of service for a one-time payment of $149. After the initial 3-month period, continued service requires a monthly subscription of $9.95/month.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Upon cancellation, service continues until the end of the current billing period
• Hardware remains yours to keep, but the dashboard and cloud features require an active subscription

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account and contact information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Proper installation and use of the hardware according to provided instructions

5. Acceptable Use

RodentRadar is intended for detecting rodent and pest activity in residential and commercial properties. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the hardware or software
• Use the service to monitor people without their knowledge or consent
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

6. Limitation of Liability

RodentRadar is a detection and monitoring tool. We do not guarantee the elimination of rodents or pests. Our service provides information to help you identify activity patterns and entry points.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RodentRadar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to property damage, loss of profits, or business interruption.

7. Warranty

RodentRadar hardware is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover:

• Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
• Normal wear and tear
• Battery replacement (batteries are consumable)

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through the dashboard. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
