What RodentRadar collects, why it is needed, and how to ask about your information.

1. Scope

This policy explains how RodentRadar, operated by Marshall Technologies, handles information from the public website, contact and investigation requests, customer accounts, connected hardware, floorplans, and product support.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide, information the product records, and limited technical information created when you use the site or service.

  • Contact and account details: name, email, phone number, company or property name, location, account credentials, and the details you choose to include in a request.
  • Service and transaction details: assigned equipment, installation and activation status, support history, shipping information when hardware is sent, and billing records handled with the relevant payment provider.

  • Maintain the reliability, security, and performance of the website and service.
  • Meet legal obligations, enforce agreements, and investigate misuse.

We do not sell personal information.
